To realize this task we found leading specialists, who chose an interesting location for the residential complex – a quiet corner in a resort area with comfortable transportation and city infrastructure.
The residential complex was named according to the idea: the RC “Irpenskie Lipki”.
To confirm the chosen status in the development of The RC as a single concept we developed various components of a comfortable life:
- comfortable layouts;
- building and surfacing materials of high quality;
- time-tested elevators;
- thoughtful ergonomics of the courtyard;
services and food stores not far from the area where you can get on foot.
The RC was designed in the horseshoe shape that helped to preserve the pine square park and organize a guarded territory.

The RC “Irpenskie Lipki” consists of 10 apartment houses. The construction process was divided into two stages. The first stage of six apartment houses is put into operation and lives a full life. The second stage of four apartment houses is in the building process with indicative dates in summer-autumn 2018. In the design process we made some changes in the layouts that improved them and made more comfortable and more practical.
To let You enjoy the nature more we designed one- and two-level apartments with open terraces. You will feel like living in a detached house.

Equipping the yard we took into account the interests of all residents of the RC: we organized places for rest next to the architectural fountain, a top quality playground for children with rubber covering, sports grounds, car parks in the yard and around the RC as well.
Preserved pine trees settled in the landscape design, creating a unique atmosphere of cosines and comfort.
The center of the composition is an architectural fountain that completed the aromatic air of the pine forest with freshness and coolness.

Availability of service and trade enterprises increases the attractiveness of the residential complex.
A travel agency, a beauty salon, a chemist’s, a decoration shop have been already opened. Very soon a family restaurant and a bank branch are expected to be opened.
